The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even surprised me with a little birthday setup in my room. I REALLY enjoyed the hotel's quiet vibe and beautiful greenery. I found the free bus service to various spots in the area very useful. The breakfast selection was excellent, with excellent quality items and even cava.
The gym's equipment was slightly dated, requiring some extra care during use.

The breakfast buffet included cava. The choice was very nice. Dinner options included varied selections that were delicious. The quality of food on offer was HIGH.

The staff members were genuinely friendly and were really good. One afternoon there was a good guy singing. Miguel at reception was very helpful, providing useful information and assistance.

My room included a lovely balcony and a comfortable bed. The duplex design was a nice feature, separating the living area from the sleeping area. The room offered GREAT value for money.

the hotel had a great vibe. i received a lovely birthday surprise in my room. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the overall environment was calm and quiet, just what i needed.
i found the food to be below standard. the upstairs pool and hot tub area were not clean. there was scum and bugs, disappointing.

my duplex suite included a comfortable bed. it was nice and quiet at night,. the room was well kept and clean, so i had no issues there.

there were plenty of beds available at the pool, so finding a spot was easy. i noticed the bus stop for the beach nearby. the gym was equipped with a few machines, it had options for a quick workout.

breakfast had fair variety. i am coeliac and needed gluten-free bread. towards the end of my holiday, they provided it without me asking!!! the normal breakfast options seemed varied.

the hotel is near the promenade of meloneras, about 3 km away. the location suited me well for walks. some guests rented bikes or cars. i rented a car via the hotel for a few days.

our room was a duplex suite. i found it fantastic. the staff were amazing. they were helpful. the food tasted great.
the room had a closet that was broken. the balcony door also didn't work. the shower didn't work properly too. we told people about the issues. some were fixed but not the shower.

The pools were clean. The reception ladies responded to all my queries. I found the duplex cozy. I thought it was comfortable.
The room had a broken closet. The balcony door did not work. The shower also did not work properly. I communicated these issues but the shower was not fixed.
